Our Story
Inspired by a mom’s desire to make sure each and every person’s identity is recognized and respected, A Stitch in Pride is a small business that makes cross stitched pride flag pins at an affordable price. We’re putting the + in LGBTQ+ and casting a wide net. If you don’t see your identity represented in our inventory, let us know at astitchinpride@gmail.com. We got you.
Each flag pin is about 1 1/2" x 1" and they are $8 apiece with no shipping cost. A portion of each sale will be donated to support a different LGBTQ+ organization, both local to Indiana and national, each month. 100% of any additional donations will be directed to the organization.
Our mission is to represent the gender and sexual identities across the full spectrum of humanity. For our purposes, we use gender to refer to the way a human feels internally and how they express that externally, and we use sexuality to refer to how a human feels toward and interacts with other humans.
